AI Transformation & Advisory

Most advisory stops at the strategy deck. Ours is build-led — a clear assessment and a costed roadmap that lead straight into implementation by the same engineers.

  • Board-ready clarity
  • Costed, prioritized roadmap
  • Build-led, not slideware
  • Honest on fit

What it is

Strategy you can actually build on.

The technology is ready; building the capability around it is the hard part most companies underestimate. We help you find the highest-value opportunities, make the case to the board, and — crucially — turn the plan into working systems.

Because we’re engineers first, the roadmap is grounded in what can actually ship, on your stack, under your constraints. No theoretical framework — a path to production.

Why AI stalls

You’ve bought the tools. The ROI isn’t there yet.

The same patterns trip up most organizations. Naming them is the first step to getting past them.

Pilots that never land

Demos impress, but nothing reaches production. There’s no path from prototype to a system the business can rely on.

No governance that enables

You’re stuck between banning AI and falling behind, or allowing unregulated use and taking on risk. Neither is the answer.

No way to measure value

Without a success measurement system, you can’t show the board a return — or make the case to keep investing.

No system behind it

A few people figure it out and get real value. The rest of the organization waits for someone to show them how.

Who it’s for

Built for companies serious about AI.

This is for organizations that want AI delivering real value — not another tool nobody adopts. If the points opposite sound familiar, we should talk.

  • You’ve moved past curiosity and want AI delivering real, measurable value.
  • Your pilots aren’t reaching production and you need a path that does.
  • The board wants an AI strategy you can stand behind — and then execute.
  • You want a partner who will build what they recommend, not just advise.
  • You need an honest read on where you stand and what’s actually worth doing.

What you get

Clarity, a plan, and the team to deliver it.

A clear picture

A board-ready view of where you stand with AI today — strengths, gaps and risks, in plain terms.

A costed roadmap

Prioritized, costed use cases — not a generic strategy — sequenced by value and feasibility.

An honest recommendation

Including when to wait. If the full programme doesn’t make sense yet, we’ll tell you.

A team that builds it

The same engineers who scope the work can ship it — straight into production.

How it works

Assess, roadmap, implement.

A scoped path that de-risks every step — and ends in production, not a presentation.

    Assess

We speak with your leadership, review how AI is used across your teams, and assess where your systems and data stand today.

    • Diagnostic & maturity view
    • Prioritized use cases
    • Honest fit recommendation

    Roadmap

We turn the assessment into a costed, sequenced plan — and a board-ready case for what to do, in what order, and why.

    • Costed, prioritized roadmap
    • Board-ready business case
    • Governance & measurement plan

    Implement

We don’t stop at the deck. The same team builds what the roadmap calls for — pilots that reach production, with guardrails and observability.

    • Production agentic systems
    • Guardrails & ROI measurement
    • Team enablement

The AI readiness assessment.

A short, low-commitment engagement that turns “where do we stand with AI?” into a costed, prioritized roadmap — and an honest answer on whether we’re the right fit.

  • What’s included
  • A working session with your leadership and technical team
  • A review of current AI use, systems and data readiness

Why us

What makes ours different.

Build-led, not slideware

Most advisory ends at the strategy deck. Ours leads straight into implementation by the same engineers — so the plan becomes working systems.

Vendor-neutral

We’re not selling you a platform and don’t benefit from which tools you choose. We build the capability that works regardless of model or vendor.

Engineering depth

A decade-plus shipping software for regulated, high-stakes industries — so the roadmap is grounded in what can actually be built and run.

Honest on fit

If you don’t need us, we’ll say so. You’ll still leave with a clear picture and a prioritized plan for when you’re ready.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you only advise, or do you build it too?

We build. That’s the point. The assessment and roadmap exist to lead into implementation by the same engineers — so you get working systems, not a strategy document that sits on a shelf.

What is the readiness assessment?

A short, focused engagement (usually 1–2 weeks) where we assess where you stand with AI and hand back a costed, prioritized roadmap plus an honest recommendation — including whether now is the right time at all.

We already have a Head of AI or an AI task force — do we still need this?

Maybe not. If they’re driving measurable adoption that reaches production, you likely don’t. If they’re still finding their approach or struggling to get past early enthusiasts, we can give their efforts the structure and engineering muscle that’s been missing.

Are you vendor-neutral?

Yes. We don’t resell a platform and don’t benefit from which models or tools you end up using. We build the capability around the technology, so it holds up as the tools change.

How long does it take?

The assessment runs 1–2 weeks. The roadmap follows in days. Implementation is sized to the work — but you’ll have a clear scope and cost before you commit to it.

Is AI transformation real, or just hype?

Both the hype and the substance are real. The difference is that AI changes how you build and operate, not just what you build. Treat it as a structural change and you get structural returns — which is exactly what a build-led approach is for.

What do you need from us?

Access to the right people (technical leadership and a decision-maker), time from your team for working sessions, and honesty during the assessment. The organizations that get the most are the ones willing to look clearly at what isn’t working.

Start with clarity

Where do you stand with AI?

A short readiness assessment turns the question into a costed, prioritized roadmap — and an honest answer on whether we’re the right fit.
